Your responsibility
- You will independently handle and process international technical insurance claims, with particular focus on international infrastructure and construction claims.
- You will be in active verbal and written communication with our policyholders, claimants, brokers, loss adjusters, lawyers, and co-insurers.
- You will ensure a smooth flow of information and promote cooperation between the Specialty Lines claims teams and Underwriting.
- Look forward to a varied, fixed-term position in Basel or Stettbach, where you will gain valuable insights and develop both professionally and personally.
Your qualification
- You have training in insurance and a strong technical understanding; industry and insurance knowledge are a plus.
- You enjoy cross-functional collaboration – you form reliable partnerships and work with commitment towards common goals.
- You are self-organized, reliable, and forward-thinking; you set the right priorities in a targeted manner.
- You have a confident command of English. Good knowledge of German is preferred.
