Your responsibility

  • Contribute to the development of the group-wide Helvetia Baloise Leadership & Talent Development portfolio as part of a team of Leadership and Talent Development experts and in close collaboration with Market Unit COEs 
  • Design and deliver impactful Leadership & Talent Development programs aligned with the organization's strategy, using cutting‑edge instructional approaches and a strong focus on measurable development outcomes 
  • Continuously enhance Leadership & Talent Development programs by evaluating their effectiveness, integrating best practices, and responding to evolving organizational needs 
  • Contribute to additional Leadership & Talent Development topics and initiatives as they evolve, in line with organizational priorities and team needs 
  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Market Unit COEs, and leaders to ensure relevance, alignment, and effective implementation of Leadership & Talent Development initiatives 

Your qualification

  • Proven experience in designing and delivering leadership and talent development programs within an international, multi‑unit organization, with a strong focus on senior management populations 
  • Strong ability to align leadership and talent development initiatives with business strategy and cultural ambitions, translating strategic intent into impactful development approaches
  • Deep expertise in instructional design, including blended learning approaches, with a strong track record in defining, measuring, and evaluating learning outcomes to ensure the effectiveness and impact of leadership and talent development programs 
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills to effectively develop and support senior leaders
  • Proven ability to build trust, collaborate, and influence across diverse, senior stakeholder groups in remote and cross-functional environments
  • Knowledge of AI's potential in Leadership & Talent Development, with curiosity, adaptability and a proactive, hands-on mindset to contribute across a broad range of Leadership & Talent Development topics in dynamic organizational environments
  • Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus
