Your responsibility

Contribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of advanced pricing methodologies and tools for Non-Life reinsurance solutions.
Oversee and execute the pricing of both proportional and non-proportional reinsurance solutions.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to underwriting and/or senior management based on pricing analyses.
Collaborate with underwriting, risk, and finance teams to support business objectives and optimise pricing strategies.
Optimise pricing processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes to continuously improve pricing models and practices.

Your qualification

Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative field (e.g., actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or related disciplines).
Professional actuarial designation (e.g., SAV, DAV, IFoA) is highly preferred.
Extensive, relevant experience in Non-Life reinsurance pricing.
Highly motivated with a strong balance of technical expertise, extensive experience, and innovative thinking.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex data and derive actionable insights.
Strong communicator, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Fluent in English, both written and oral; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Proficient in programming languages such as R, Python, Matlab, VBA or SQL.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
