You will combine analytical excellence with a strong understanding of reward topics and act as a trusted partner for HR, management and specialist functions.
We are looking for a compensation professional who brings the right combination of strong academic foundations and hands-on expertise in compensation, benefits and reward processes. You enjoy working with data, translating complex information into clear insights and contributing to high-quality solutions in an international environment.
