Your responsibility

Modernization of pricing tools (Excel-based pricing tools to governed pricing systems) to enhance efficiency, reduce operational risk, and support the overall data strategy
Define governance processes for tool development, model maintenance, and pricing parameter
Support and implement the group-wide data strategy, with a strong focus on user-centric data availability, quality, and accessibility
Design and develop scalable analytics tools that empower Market Units to adopt Technical Excellence. Focus will be in Pricing (e.g., performance monitoring) and productivity (e.g., ready-to-use queries and analytics)
Foster innovation in Technical Excellence by applying advanced analytics and AI

Your qualification

Degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
At least 5 years of experience in a non-life pricing function, either in an actuarial or data and analytics role
Hands-on experience with pricing methodologies (risk modelling, tariff development) required
Experience in model implementation and/or tool development is an advantage (• Understanding of data architecture and data governance principles • Proven experience gathering business requirements and developing data products)
Experience in managing large-scale cross-functional projects
Understanding of data engineering, data architecture, and data quality management principles
Proficient in one or more programing languages, e.g., SQL, Python, R, VBA
Fluent in English; Knowledge in Spanish, German, French or Italian is an advantage
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Proactive and innovative mindset
Up to 40% travelling within Europe
Nice-to-Have Skills:
> Progress toward an actuarial qualification
> Knowledge of core insurance systems and data capture and/or ingestion processes
> Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms (e.g., Azure, Databricks)
