Your responsibility
- You own and ensure compliant, consistent execution of all people and HR processes, including goal setting, performance management, development, compensation, and talent reviews within your assigned division
- You act as trusted partner and advisor to functional leads and division leadership teams on people, organization, and transformation topics
- You coach and develop employees, foster continuous learning, and support teams in achieving their full potential
- You provide guidance and support in a complex and evolving transformation environment
- You foster a transparent, feedback‑driven, and collaborative culture across Group IT, strengthening engagement, learning, and cross‑unit collaboration
Your qualification
- Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable field
- Proven experience in people leadership within an IT environment, with strong leadership capabilities
- IT Technical background with an in-depth understanding of IT processes
- Strong communication, coaching and conflict resolution skills with the ability to manage change and support team resilience
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented, with a strong can-do attitude
- Experience in employee development and career planning is a plus
- Fluent in English & German
