Your responsibility
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Processes and Innovation to lay the foundation for scaling digital process, fostering innovation, and cultivating leadership drive in the department.
- Shape the digital transformation and innovation trajectory in the reinsurance department by ideating, crafting, and diligently executing a spectrum of initiatives, spanning various sizes and complexity.
- Coordinate and involve internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and maximize the value derived from these initiatives.
- You will be entrusted with autonomy and empowerment to succeed as you carve out your own opportunities.
- Align various teams, facilitate discussions with senior stakeholders, and provide key insights while instilling best-in-class practices and processes from the market and current trends.
- Conduct analysis of key business needs and value drivers, performance indicators.
- Communicate effectively, presenting complex solutions via insightful presentations for informed decision-making.
Your qualification
- Proven track record of experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and adeptly navigating technology and business areas to deliver value and maximize impact.
- A degree that prioritizes quantitative coursework paired with the right mix of relevant experience
- Boast previous experience in strategy/innovation roles in areas like digital strategy, data, AI/ML, big data, cloud, blockchain.
- Previous exposure to Financial Services / Insurance / Reinsurance is an advantage.
- Deep passion for technology as an enabler for business growth and new business processes.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, motivated, and willing to adapt and excel in a highly demanding setting.
- Skillfully map various stakeholders' perspectives and define workable solutions for their needs.
- Maintain a hands-on approach and a comprehensive understanding of discovering, designing, and executing solutions for complex reinsurance business challenges.
- Be driven to build and transform teams with a commitment to fostering a high-performance culture, advocating for an entrepreneurial, fast-paced mindset.
