Are you an experienced treaty reinsurance underwriter looking for your next challenge? Join our dynamic, global reinsurance team and play a key role in shaping a profitable portfolio in the Property & Casualty market Germany.

Your responsibility

Manage and develop a profitable treaty reinsurance portfolio for the P&C market Germany.
Underwrite, price, and secure existing business while identifying new opportunities.
Build and strengthen relationships with clients and brokers, ensuring excellent service and value-added solutions.
Develop marketing and sales strategies, gather market intelligence, and assess new business prospects.
Analyze existing business profitability and ensure underwriting decisions align with company guidelines, best practices, and authority levels.

Your qualification

Higher education (Bachelor's / Master's degree or equivalent).
Proven experience in treaty reinsurance underwriting preferably within the P&C market Germany.
Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset for risk assessment and pricing.
Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a global team.
Fluent in German and English.
