What you'll be doing

Take ownership of varied administrative tasks relating to business partners, reinsurance contracts and renewal submission data
Support our underwriters in nurturing existing partnerships and helping develop new business relationships
Prepare insightful figures and analyses that contribute to well-founded decisions on reinsurance contracts
Create and maintain meaningful reports that support portfolio management and effective control
Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders as well as external clients and brokers
Collaborate closely with colleagues across underwriting, actuarial and accounting teams within reinsurance

What you'll bring to the role

A higher education background combined with relevant experience in the insurance or reinsurance environment
A strong sense of commitment, curiosity and willingness to learn, paired with excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
A proactive, independent and well-structured working style
Confidence in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Resilience and the ability to stay focused and organized during busy periods, especially renewal season
Excellent written and spoken English skills; German and any additional languages are a plus
