Your responsibility
• Develop and implement group claims standards and innovative solutions.
• Support the (further) development of our claims framework and guidelines to deliver the claims strategy.
• Establish technical capabilities to drive group-wide claims excellence (e.g., Fraud).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, promote effective knowledge andbest practice sharing and training.
• Observation and analysis of trends, innovations, and technical developments relevant for Claims.
• Develop and support the implementation of Partner Management standards, performance monitoring review and process improvements.

Your qualification
• Education in Business or Insurances Management and extensive experience in insurance functions, especially in a global environment, Claims and/ or Partner Management (Non-Life Insurance)
• In-depth understanding of comprehensive interrelationships of claims function as well as detailed knowledge of claims handling
• Proven Project Management skills, advanced knowledge in complex contract negotiations and working in international companies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, creativity and ability to develop new solutions and concepts
• You are a customer and service-oriented personality with strong communication, networking and negotiation skills
• Internationally mobile (in Europe) 25-30%
• Proficiency in English and German (Spanish, Italian or French are an advantage)
