Your responsibility
• Develop and continuously improve guidelines and processes.
• Identify, address and support implementation of process enhancements in market units.
• Apply lean methodology to optimize workflows, efficiency, and quality.
• Develop and maintain KPI frameworks, performance reporting, and dashboards.
• Utilize data analytics for performance measurement and continuous improvement.
• Monitoring and analysis of trends, innovations and (technical) developments relevant to claims (e.g. drive the adoption of new AI technologies)

Your qualification
• Bachelor's or Master's degree with focus on Economics or Natural Sciences, Statistics or Data Science.
• Relevant experience and proven track record in Non-Life Insurance with a focus on claims, AI and/or data management
• In-depth process management and modelling skills (Adonis as an advantage), robotics, process automation (e.g. Blue Prism) and familiar with data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python)
• Lean Black Belt certification with a proven ability to drive innovation is highly desired
• You are a customer and service-oriented personality with strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Internationally mobile (in Europe) 25-30%
• Proficient in English and German or Spanish (Italian or French is advantageous)
